New music for 2024: Sonica Festival in Glasgow has just finished, and with it two new performance pieces written this year. Both will be touring shows.

The first is Wind of the Sun: An immersive sound piece written for French horn, voice, Osmose and electronics.

This is the second room, where the horn player and third set of speakers are positioned. Throwing the sound through the space adds a sense of closing distance.
The second is Tapemoana – Twilight Zone a collaboration with French visual artist Paul Duncombe, whose beautiful visuals explore the life of the South Pacific at the depths. The sound is a combination of natural and electronic sources, performed live using the Osmose synth and electronics.
